1-Year Workmanship Warranty. In Writing.
When we say 'guaranteed,' we mean it in writing — on the quote you approve, before a single tool comes off the truck. Here's exactly what the warranty covers, what it doesn't, and how to use it if you ever need to.
"If it's our work and it fails, we come back. Free."
Our warranty isn't a marketing phrase. It's a written line item on the quote you approve and on the invoice you keep. File it with your house records alongside the photo report from the visit.
What's covered
- Workmanship on every chimney repair, install, sweep, and inspection we perform
- Materials we install, to whatever the manufacturer's own warranty says — we hand you that paperwork
- A return visit to re-inspect anything you think our work caused
- The written warranty terms, spelled out on the quote before you approve it — not buried after
What's not
- Damage from acts of God (storms, lightning, earthquakes)
- Damage caused by third parties or DIY modifications after our work
- Pre-existing structural issues outside the scope of the original job
- Normal wear & tear consistent with chimney aging
These aren't us being cheap — they're standard industry exclusions. Independent insurance often covers many of these.
How to claim your warranty.
We schedule a re-inspection
Within 5 business days for non-emergencies. Same-day or next-day for active water / safety issues.
We come back. Free.
If it's our workmanship, we fix it at no cost. Period. Documented with photos again.
Have a warranty question right now? Don't wait.
Most chimney work has no warranty. Ours does.
Plenty of chimney work in this metro comes with nothing in writing at all — a verbal "we stand behind it" and a truck that's hard to find again in March. We're a new name, so we put the terms on paper and sign next to a phone number that a human actually answers, seven days a week.
